Where we ship: Australia-wide. We dispatch our best sellers from our local Australian warehouse, with select specialty items shipped from our overseas partners.
Free shipping on all orders over $79 AUD. Orders under $79 have a flat rate calculated at checkout.
Dispatch & delivery times:
- AU warehouse items: dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically 2–5 business days (metro), a little longer for regional/remote areas.
- Specialty / overseas items: delivery typically 7–17 business days. These are clearly marked on the product page.
You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. Orders with mixed items may arrive in more than one parcel.
Returns & Refunds
We want you stoked with your gear. If something isn't right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they're unused and in original packaging.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
How to return: Email hello@reefcoat.com.au with your order number and we'll guide you through it. Return shipping for change-of-mind is covered by the customer; faulty or incorrect items are on us.
Damaged or wrong item? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort a replacement or full refund straight away.
