Where is Reefcoat based?
We're a proudly Australian business based on the Gold Coast, QLD. Our best sellers ship from a local AU warehouse.

How long will my order take?
Items from our AU warehouse arrive in about 2–5 business days. Specialty items shipped from overseas take 7–17 business days and are marked on the product page. You'll get tracking either way.

Is shipping really free?
Yes — free Australia-wide on orders over $79. Under that, a small flat rate is shown at checkout.

Are your products genuine and safe for my paint?
Absolutely. Everything we stock is detailer-grade and chosen to perform in Australian conditions. Our coatings, shampoos and microfibre are safe on modern automotive finishes when used as directed.

Do I need any special tools to use the ceramic coatings?
No machines required. Our spray coatings and 9H kit are designed for DIY application by hand — each one comes with simple step-by-step instructions.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Shop Pay and Afterpay (buy now, pay later).

Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes — most items can be returned within 30 days, unused and in original packaging. Faulty or incorrect items are always covered by us under Australian Consumer Law.

How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Lost it? Email hello@reefcoat.com.au and we'll resend it.
